“BANIMEX” Limited Liability Company was established in 1996 as a construction enterprise and it has been systematically expanding its offer of bridge, road and building construction services since then. With over 250 projects completed all over Poland, our company has gained experience allowing it to meet the highest customer expectations.
The company’s strength is the team of high-class professionals specializing in comprehensive management of the construction process, with many years of experience gained while performing a variety of contracts. The company has full construction facilities, modern equipment, tools, machines as well as a fleet of vans and trucks, consequently, it is fully mobile and can implement any project in an efficient and safe way.
“BANIMEX” Limited Liability Company is one of three companies – together with WKS Duna Polska Limited Liability Company and Duna Real Estate Limited Liability Company – belonging to the Duna Aszfalt Zrt. – a Hungarian capital group which is the leader in infrastructure construction in Hungary. Many years of experience gained while implementing numerous investment projects as well as being a member of an experienced group that has been successfully operating on the construction work market for years provide the company with economic and financial security necessary to implement large and complex investment projects.

Pursuant to Art. 27c. Items 1 and 5 of the Corporate Income Tax Act: “The taxpayers referred to in Art. 27b Clause 2 Items 1 and 2, are obliged to prepare and publish information about the implemented tax strategy for the fiscal year (…). If the taxpayer does not have its own website, information concerning the implemented tax strategy shall be published in Polish on the website of a related entity within the meaning of Art. 11a Clause 1 item 4.”
